I'm Rico Naylor, commercial chartered surveyor, MRICS, and former JLL.
Commercial real estate (CRE) has a storytelling problem. While other industries transformed how they communicate through video, personality and narrative, CRE stayed stuck behind static reports and jargon nobody outside the industry understands.
I built CRE Insider and CRE Creative to fix that. The surveying background gives me credibility inside the industry. The Gen Z perspective gives me the instinct to communicate it differently.
CRE Insider is the platform. CRE Creative is the agency. Together they put the industry's best minds where they deserve to be — visible.

I lead the creative and digital output at CRE Insider, from web development and design to the visual content that brings the brand to life. Coming from outside the commercial real estate world gives me a fresh perspective on how the industry can look and feel online.
After completing a full-time coding course, I’ve focused on blending clean, functional design with bold creative to help CRE Insider stand out on every screen.
