We partnered with Ashley McCormick of Cushman & Wakefield to strategically elevate his personal brand during his campaign for the RICS Governing Council Board.

 

As his Strategic Production Partner, our role included a comprehensive LinkedIn profile optimisation, followed by the production of a curated podcast episode designed to explore his non-traditional career path, his vision for RICS, and his key campaign pledges. We delivered the full podcast and multiple short-form clips, providing Ashley with a powerful suite of assets to engage the industry, showcase his expertise, and support his election.

As the Strategic Production Partner for Juma Construction, we led the complete visual asset production for their 6-month marketing campaign following their recent renovation.

Our role involved end-to-end coordination, from managing the drone, photography, and videography crews to conducting all sit-down interviews with the Juma team  and school staff. We delivered a comprehensive toolkit of 4K aerial footage, a full set of 30-40 professionally edited photographs, and all captured interview content, providing Juma with a complete suite of high-quality assets ready for their in-house marketing and post-production needs.

They needed content that made all of it visible to the clients and talent they wanted to attract. What We Did: CRE Creative produced project case study videos across six fire remediation sites, translating complex scopes of work into clear, compelling narratives. Alongside this, a team culture series featured senior and junior staff speaking about their proudest projects, current work, and what they enjoy most about working at EK. The Impact: A content library that works across business development and recruitment simultaneously, bringing the inside story of a leading surveying practice out into the open. JUMA CONSTRUCTION GROUP

"Beyond the Build: Bringing Juma Construction's Education" ​Industry: Construction  Location:  Sunderland Services: Videography, interviews, photography, drone footage, post-production Status: Delivered The Brief: Juma had completed a significant refurbishment project at Monkwearmouth Academy in Sunderland and needed to turn that delivery into a content asset to win more education sector work. ​ What We Did: We led on-camera interviews with the headteacher, both company directors, the building consultancy lead, and further project stakeholders. Photography and drone footage captured the quality and scale of the completed works. Everything was edited into a polished project case study video ready for Juma's website, LinkedIn, and new business pitches. ​ The Impact: Juma now has a multi-stakeholder case study that shows the people behind the project, in their own words, to every prospective education sector client who asks what they have done before. TG ESCAPES (KENT)

"More Than a Building" ​Industry: Sustainable Modular Construction Location: Tonbridge, Kent Services: Event video, interviews, case study video, photography and post-production Status: Live The Brief: TG Escapes completed The Point, a £1.82 million SEND facility at The Oaks Specialist College in Tonbridge. The building was exceptional. They needed content that did it justice ​ What We Did: CRE Creative filmed the official opening in November 2025. Rico Naylor interviewed Karl Stokes (Managing Director), the college principal, a parent, and the college business manager on camera. The event, the building, and the people were captured in full and edited into a case study video that tells the complete story. The Impact: TG Escapes now has a video that communicates not just what they built, but what it means to the learners, families, and community it serves. Testimonial Coming soon.
