With a background in commercial real estate at the global firm JLL, Rico gained a firsthand understanding of the UK property market. Driven by this insight, he founded CRE Insider, a modern media platform dedicated to spotlighting the UK’s most advisors and influential players: the investors who deploy capital, the landlords who optimise assets, and the developers who build our cities.

The focus is on going beyond the headline to explore the "why" behind major deals, trends, and market shifts.
