With the construction and infrastructure industries evolving rapidly, the need to attract and retain a diverse pipeline of talent to meet demand has never been greater. BPIC Network has been at the forefront of this mission for years, supporting organisations to build inclusive cultures and helping underrepresented groups access career pathways, skills training, and professional development.

Through this collaboration, BPIC Network and AtkinsRéalis will launch a number of joint initiatives, including:

Career-focused events designed to connect employers, professionals, and new talent.

Training and skills programmes to support long-term, sustainable career growth.

Community engagement activities aimed at promoting inclusive leadership and improving representation across the sector.

Amos Simbo, Founder of BPIC Network, said:

"Our mission has always been about opening doors and creating real opportunities across the industry. Partnering with AtkinsRéalis in the North allows us to expand our reach and increase the impact we’re making. Together, we’re building a more inclusive and forward-looking built environment."

Chris Ball UK&I President for AtkinsRéalis said:

“There are so many great opportunities for people coming into the construction sector right now with the government focus on developing new infrastructure in transport, energy and housing, with some great schemes underway in the north.

“As employers and professional bodies, it is incumbent upon us to ensure that it is an industry where all are welcome and the skills and talents we need to meet the demand for that new infrastructure are harnessed and developed for the future.”

This partnership highlights BPIC Network’s ongoing commitment to driving meaningful change in the industry. By working hand-in-hand with AtkinsRéalis, the network will continue to deliver initiatives that strengthen diversity, spark innovation, and support sustainable growth in the built environment.
